  • Download transition be12 pro openWRT transfwr.bin image from https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1CAGYEBKFCbm5dd5A7TYB1Ez_YoLlf41D
  • Go to More > System Settings > Firmware Upgrade > Local Upgrade, and flash the transition image from the link above
  • The router will reboot and boot the transition image
  • Flash the OpenWRT sysupgrade image from the table above, uncheck the keep settings box.
  • Connect via UART and interrupt U-Boot by pressing 'Ctrl+C' during boot.
  • From local TFTP server, serve and transfer the OpenWRT initramfs (factory image in the table above, rename the DLed file accordingly) by executing
    tftpboot openwrt-initramfs.bin
  • Boot the image by executing
    bootm
  • SSH or surf to (HTTP !) 192.168.1.1 and flash the OpenWRT sysupgrade image from the table above, uncheck the keep settings box.
  • Keep reset button pressed for 25 sec.
  • Set client IP to 192.168.1.2, subnet mask 255.255.255.0.
  • Surf to http://192.168.1.1 to reach the web recovery, upload and flash the stock firmware.
  • Unset static IP.

→ For disassembly, there are only 2 screws, 1 under each rubber piece on the bottom. The rest is all clips, you need to pry the bottom and the gap between the antennas.
